Tanya Brookfield for Crew Clothing

I've recently had the great pleasure of working with Crew Clothing to photograph many of their ambassadors. They have brought together a small group of fascinating people to support and it has been so much fun meeting them all.

Tanya is one of the founders of Toe in the Water a charity that helps injured servicemen to get into competitive sailing. A small blonde woman who is a bit shy in front of the camera might not be the type that you would imagine surrounding herself with burly men who've been to war. But Tanya has an amazing heart and spends her whole time doing her bit to make these men feel excited and useful and part of a team. The Toe in the Water teams compete regularly with against able bodied crews and do very well in many of their races.

You can find out more about Toe in the Water over on their website, and you can follow them on twitter: @toeinthewateruk

Many thanks to Crew for giving me the chance to photograph Tanya. Find out more about their ambassadors over on the Crew Life Website.
