When the chef you go to photograph describes working in a kitchen as like 'being with a bunch of pirates' you hope he'll be game for a laugh. And Tom Kerridge definitely didn't let me down. From the word go we were blow torching everything we could get our hands on, laughing insanely and proclaiming our deep love for fish and chips.
In case you didn't know him Tom is an amazing chef who has won two Michelin Stars for his pub The Hand and Flowers. He's also a superb gent and topped off the shoot perfectly by giving us literally the best lunch I've ever had.
